Head of Brand + Experience
We are looking for a multi-skilled individual to craft how customers interact with and view Spyce. The position has two main facets—branding and customer experience. For branding, the hire will be in charge of establishing the Spyce brand and conveying a clear mission to the customers. This includes: crafting our story; creating verbiage customers read (slogan, what is Spyce, how to say “robot food” more elegantly, etc.); and designing marketing Touch Points (website and app graphics, Spyce Kitchen signage, etc.).
For customer experience, this hire will be in charge of exactly that-- helping us develop a seamless and exciting experience for every Spyce location. This includes: Working with our engineering team to establish the industrial design of the Spyce Kitchen; interior layout and design of our storefront locations; ordering graphics; and in-store experience.
This job will require wearing a lot of different hats but is an exciting opportunity to grow a transformative restaurant concept. This hire will work closely with the whole team to ensure our mission is exuded throughout the product and company.
